With 20 years spent alongside her husband during his Air Force career, Laurie has lived and traveled around the world while raising their two daughters both abroad and at home. Beyond her professional work, Tammy is deeply committed to community involvement and served for three years as a Director on a Homeowners Association (HOA) Board. Raised in a military family, she grew up on United States bases around the world, gaining a global perspective at an early age.

Sandra specializes in property assessments, including move-in, move-out and semi-annual evaluations, and is highly skilled in coordinating communication between tenants, owners, and vendors to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
She is a graduate of Clemson University and is known for her professionalism, reliability, and client-first approach. Outside of work, Sandra enjoys traveling and has a deep love for animals.

Sean Tintle brings a unique combination of technical expertise and real estate leadership to C1PMS. He brings 17 years of experience in corporate IT, network engineering, and network security sales, along with more than 20 years in real estate and property management.
Sean integrates strong client relationships with practical, technology driven systems to deliver a streamlined, full service property management experience for owners, investors, tenants, Realtor partners, and vendors.
His approach is rooted in understanding the goals of each property, including its condition, ongoing maintenance, and long term investment performance.
In addition to his work at Clients First, Sean is the co-owner and managing broker of Red Bird GA, a property management company serving Athens, Georgia’s Lake Country, and surrounding areas. Sean is the co-owner of Set the Stage Athens Lake Country, a luxury home staging brand as well as Square Cow Moovers, the Movers with Manners nationwide moving company.
Sean lives at Lake Oconee with his wife, Sara, their 2 children, and mini bernedoodle, Bowie. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, live music, and the Braves.

With eight years of experience with Clients 1st, Paul offers deep institutional knowledge and strategic perspective. He supports leadership with guidance on maintenance processes, practices, coordination, and site visits, helping ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with company standards.

Josh is a Financial Management graduate with a diverse professional background spanning finance, customer service, hospitality, and operations—experience that supports his role as a Maintenance Coordinator in real estate and property management. His strong organizational skills and financial knowledge allow him to effectively track work orders, coordinate vendors, and help control maintenance costs while ensuring properties are well cared for.
Josh studied abroad in Australia, an experience that strengthened his communication skills, flexibility, and ability to perform efficiently in fast-paced environments. These skills are essential in managing maintenance requests, working closely with contractors, and communicating clearly with tenants, owners, and internal teams.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys both domestic and international travel and has a passion for exploring different cultures through their cuisines—experiences that foster awareness and problem-solving skills, qualities that contribute to his proactive approach to property maintenance and operational support.
